YEREVAN.- Armenia will completely pass to the parliamentary system of government in April and the task of the MPs is to create the necessary legislative base for the smooth completion of this process, Vice Speaker of the Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov  stated on Tuesday.

According to him,  the interests of the state demand this process be smooth, in order to avoid all kinds of shocks.

"As the supreme representative and legislative body in the state, Parliament, as well as the National Assembly  must ensure high level of political dialogue," Sharmazanov noted.

At the same time, according to the Vice Speaker of the Parliament, MPs parliamentarians should be aimed at an even more effective use of the means available to them, in order to   fulfill hopes of the Armenian society.
