Bulgaria, during its EU presidency, will try to continue to encourage discussions on the achievement of consensus among the states, Bulgaria's Ambassador to Armenia Maria Pavlova told reported.

According to her, the Bulgarian side will do its utmost for the best implementation of its task.

“The most important thing is that we will have to properly solve the problems of people living in the EU. We are well aware that the EU’s situation affects our relations,” Pavlova explained, adding that this circumstance also shapes the relations between the EU member states.

As the ambassador noted, Bulgaria will move forward and pursue a policy based on “Together we are stronger” principle, which is the motto of the Bulgarian state and is inscribed on the coat of arms.

Europe overcomes the obstacles and problems, both internal and external, when it follows this principle and shows unity, she added
