The first F-35 will be delivered to Turkey on June 21, RIA Novosti reported referring a representative of the Turkish Defense Industry.

According to the source, before landing in Turkey the jet will stay in US until November 2019 to train Turkish pilots.

The Turkish Defense Industry shared a video showing F-35A take-off from the airfield at the American manufacturing company Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth.The jet will reportedly cost Turkey about $ 103 million.
