YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will visit Dushanbe where he will attend the meeting of CIS leaders.

The visit will follow a trip to New York where Pashinyan will attend the session of the UN General Assembly, PM himself said in a live broadcast on Facebook.

He called on the Yerevan residents to participate in the election to the Council of Elders.

“This is an important and responsible moment. The results will be formed based on your vote. I hope the election will pass without incidents and unpleasant moments,” he said.

Armenian PM postponed his visit to the United States for several hours to be able to vote in the Yerevan elections. Later in the day, PM is leaving to New York where he will participate in the regular session of the UN General Assembly.
