October 21-30, 2009 the 17th European Team Chess Championship will take place in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Armenian Grandmasters Levon Aronian, Vladimir Hakobyan, Gabriel Sargsyan, Arman Pashikyan and Tigran Petrosyan L. will represent Armenian team, “Armsport” website reports. Arman Pashikyan makes his debut in men’s team championship.

Women’s national team is represented by Grandmasters Elina Danielyan, Lilit Mkrtchyan, Lilit Galoyan, Nelli Aginyan and Siranush Andriasyan.
