French President Emmanuel Macron paid a visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia, on Thursday morning.
He laid flowers at the monument to the victims of this tragedy.
Subsequently, Macron toured the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute.
The French President is in Armenia to attend the 17th Summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie, and which Yerevan will host on Thursday and Friday.
