As a person,  who understands and knows at least a little bit of security in Armenia and Artsakh,as well as our foreign policy, I really regretted that the person representing Armenia in St. Petersburg was just 'barefoot' today, RPA deputy chairman, RPA deputy chairman Armen Ashotyan wrote this on his Facebook page.
