The Karabakh conflict can be resolved by the heads of Armenia and Azerbaijan only, and international mediators have made no tangible steps for the settlement over the recent years, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said, RIA Novosti reported.

“The Minsk Group on Nagorno-Karabakh ... has not done a damn thing over these decades and will not do it until the two presidents [of Armenia and Azerbaijan] sit down and say: ‘let’s solve the problem in the interests of the people’,” Lukashenka said on Friday in Minsk during a meeting with representatives of Russian media.
