There is still a chance that the UK parliament will vote for a Brexit deal in January, said European Commissioner Guenther Oettinger.

UK Prime Minister Theresa May earlier were forced to cancel the parliamentary voting on Brexit for inability to enjoy the support of the majority.

“It is not entirely unlikely that the British parliament will vote for the divorce agreement in January. There is certainly no majority for a disorderly Brexit or for a new referendum,” Reuters reported referring to Oettinger. 

“Nevertheless, I assume that it will come to an exit at the end of March,” said Oettinger, the EU’s budget commissioner.”
