The issue of Azerbaijan’s accession to the CSTO or the status of an observer in the organization is not under discussion yet, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev told RIA Novosti.
"This issue is not at the stage of discussion,” Aliyev said on the margins of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
