STEPANAKERT.- Artsakh's Defense Minister, Major General Karen Abrahamyan received on Friday Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan, the press service of the Artsakh Ministry of Defense reported.
The situation on the line of contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan, as well as wide range of security issues were discussed during the meeting, which was attended by Artsakh Security Council Secretary Vitaly Balasanyan and Director of National Security Council Samvel Shahramanyan.
