YEREVAN. – Armenia’s National Security Service is free to hold checkups in relation to any person and is not restrained in actions, head of NSS Artur Vanetsyan said.

His comment came in response to a question whether investigation into scandalous events or facts that emerged during Levon Ter-Petrosyan’s presidency may be launched.

“If there are facts testifying to crimes, nothing will hold us back,” he said.
