Russian Federation’s position on the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has not changed.
Maria Zakharova, official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), stated the above-said at a briefing. She noted this while responding to an Azerbaijani reporter’s long-winded query as to whether the negotiations on resolving the Karabakh conflict should be conducted without any preconditions.
“I have a quite short answer to your quite long question,” Zakharova said. “Our [Russia’s] position [on this matter] remains unchanged and is very well-known to all.”
