YEREVAN. – Discourse between Armenia and NATO continues at a natural pace.
Ambassador Armen Yedigaryan, who heads the Arms Control and International Security Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), stated the above-said at Monday’s press conference devoted to the start of NATO Week in Armenia.
As per Yedigaryan, cooperation between the two sides is continuing at various levels and in various domains.
“We [Armenia] are implementing various projects together with NATO,” he said, in particular.
Also, the MFA official noted that the efforts in reviewing the defense agenda are aimed at expanding cooperation between the Armenian armed forces and NATO partners.
In addition, he presented several events that will be held in Armenia during the NATO Week.
In particular, Armen Yedigaryan noted that an open public discussion will be held on the topic of France’s position on and vision for cooperation along the lines of NATO.
