The meeting in Vienna between the Armenian PM and Azerbaijani president reconfirmed the format of talks which is held between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev said,

During his visit to the military unite of the Defense Army, he said Azerbaijan prevented Armenian leadership’s attempt to change the format of talks, Interfax-Azerbaijan reported.

Aliyev said Azerbaijan has not changed its position on the settlement of Karabakh conflict.

“The conflict has to be settled within territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. The aim of talks is to liberate Azerbaijani lands,” he said. “We live in conditions of war. The war is not over yet. The first stage is over.”
