Armenia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will give a speech at the Kwibuka 25 international assembly to be held in Kigali and will participate in the official events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide, reports the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The foreign minister is scheduled to meet with Rwanda’s president, parliamentary speaker, foreign minister and several other high-ranking officials. During the visit, Minister Mnatsakanyan will also visit Smart Africa Center.
