Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to Turkmenistan Garnik Badalyan has been concurrently appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The decree on the appointment was signed by President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian.
