YEREVAN. – There is no draft on amendments to the Constitution, but there are certain ideas, Speaker of the Armenian parliament Ararat Mirzoyan told reporters on Thursday.
“We want to approach the matter reasonably, not to rush, but to make some cosmetic changes. We want to understand what fundamental issues exist,” Mirzoyan said
