The tension on the border is directly linked to the fact that Azerbaijani snipers have improved their skills. This is what Head of the Information Department of the Administration of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Colonel Samvel Asatryan told Armenian News-NEWS.am when asked to comment on the reasons behind the activity of the adversary’s snipers, the tendencies of escalation of border tension, the deaths and injuries of Armenian servicemen.
