It cannot be said that Azerbaijan has a greater influence on the CSTO than Armenia in the Organization, said Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Shavarsh Kocharyan on Thursday. His remarks came after some MPs expressed concern over the possible intensification of cooperation between the CSTO and Baku.

According to the deputy minister, Azerbaijan has some influence on this Organization, but indirectly, through cooperation with other CSTO member states.

The Deputy Minister noted that these agreements should not in any way affect the relations and obligations concluded between the CSTO member states.
