The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Zaruhi Batoyan, met with outgoing UK Ambassador Judith Farnworth.

“I’m happy for our joint work and partnership,” Batoyan said, in particular. “I’m convinced that we will still meet in the future, that you will return to Armenia as a good friend of our country.”

Ambassador Farnworth, in turn, recorded the progress in implementing several women’s programs and achieving an inclusive economic development in Armenia.

The British diplomat added that they also highly value their cooperation with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia.

Furthermore, she noted that they look toward the future and expect bigger and more ambitious projects from the aforesaid ministry because they are convinced that the team led by Minister Batoyan is capable of achieving major success in Armenia.

And at the end of their meeting, Judith Farnworth expressed the confidence that the cooperation with the newly appointed UK Ambassador to Armenia, Alan Gogbashian, will also be productive.
