GYUMRI. – Our most important heroes are soldiers who are standing on the border, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said during the events on the occasion of the 28th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.

“In Armenia, we have always had a question of who is the hero in the country, who is the one who should set an example for young men? This question usually has no answer. The very first and most important heroes are soldiers standing on the border. Yesterday, the President handed over medals and awarded titles to many servicemen. Our heroes of all times are the people who created the art and culture of our people, our heroes of all times are scientists, our statesmen and political figures, but one more touch is needed to have the full image of new Armenia - a working and creative person, ” Pashinyan said.

The head of the Cabinet also stressed that they carried out a political revolution under the “Future of Armenia depends on one person, and this person is you” motto. And now,

“Our task is to make Armenia a country of prosperous citizens, where people believe in themselves and build their future with their own hands,” the Prime Minister said.
