YEREVAN. – Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan will not attend the CIS Council of Ministers of Defense meeting in Baku. The Minister's spokesman Artsrun Hovhannisyan told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The said meeting will be held in the Azerbaijani capital city on October 30. Heads of military ministries and departments of Azerbaijan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan are scheduled to attend the event.
