Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan received Regional Manager of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Jan Van Bilsen, as reported the press service of the Government of Armenia.

Greeting the guest, the Deputy Prime Minister attached importance to the deepening of the IFC’s cooperation with the private sector of Armenia in particular and stated that this will help introduce the right principles of business culture.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the main directions for reforms that the Armenian government has set forth, setting aside infrastructure projects and Armenia’s involvement in regional projects and the development of the capital market.

Jan Van Bilsen expressed gratitude for the reception and presented four main directions for cooperation, including finance, energy, healthcare and tourism.

The interlocutors talked about the prospect for development in the sectors and particularly touched upon the opportunities for the growth of tourism.
