Fear reigns in the Armenian judicial system, Armenian second president Robert Kocharyan’s attorney Sevak Torosyan told reporters on Monday.

“The atmosphere of fear will continue to exist if there is no political change from within. You know that the Constitutional Court appealed to the ECHR and the Venice Commission,” he said.

According to him, he is confident that a normal judge should release Kocharyan from prison.
