During the 54^th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation taking place in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Vahe Enfiajyan gave a coarse response to the representatives of the Azerbaijani delegation making attempts to manipulate the rules and regulations.

The Azerbaijani representative declared that Azerbaijan would liberate the territories occupied by the Armenians sooner or later, be it through diplomacy or by force, and added that using international platforms for political provocation won’t be permitted.

In response, Enfiajyan said the following: “You are the one making a political provocation. The Artsakh issue is de facto resolved. If you don’t know that Artsakh is a state, you can address a letter to the political leadership of the independent Artsakh or visit and see Artsakh for yourself. Artsakh has declared its self-determination in accordance with international norms.”
