YEREVAN. – 168 Zham newspaper of Armenia writes that recently, talks about especially the return of Azerbaijani displaced persons have been intensified, which are being combined with the emphasis on participation of the "Azerbaijani community of Karabakh" in the negotiation process.

As per the newspaper, there is an impression that if the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries in any case agree to Artsakh's [Nagorno-Karabakh] participation in the negotiation process, it will only happen on the principle of "equality" if the representatives of the "Azerbaijani community of Karabakh" also participate in it. This, of course, will completely disrupt the negotiation process and can promise no positive prospect for the Armenian parties.
