Spokesperson of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov doesn’t think it’s right to talk about winners or losers during the December 9 Normandy Format summit held in Paris, reports TASS.

“It’s not appropriate to talk about who won or who lost during the summit,” Peskov told journalists Wednesday and added the following: “Everyone wanted to restart the Normandy Format after a long interval, as well as restart the real efforts for a settlement of the conflict in southeast Ukraine. Certain major steps have been taken in this direction, but there is still a lot to do,” Peskov said.
