There are no specific plans for holding a Russian-Turkish summit over the Syrian issue in February, but there is a meeting scheduled with President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan in January. No other visits are scheduled for the time being, but they may be scheduled. This is what Spokesperson of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov declared, reports RIA Novosti.

Earlier, during the Doha Conference in Qatar, Turkish foreign minister Mevlut Cavusoglu had declared that Turkey intends to hold a separate summit with Russia in February in Istanbul.
