YEREVAN. – Hraparak newspaper of Armenia writes: The joint session of the security councils of Armenia and Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] took place in Yerevan yesterday.

[Armenia PM] Nikol Pashinyan gently pushes the phased version forward, [whereas] the Artsakh President—the recognition of Artsakh without compromise.
