Armenia’s newly appointed Ambassador to Iceland (residence in Stockholm) has presented his Letters of Credence to President of Iceland Guðni Jóhannesson.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, after the ceremony of handing of the Letters of Credence, Ambassador Arzumanyan held personal talks with President Jóhannesson, at whose request the Ambassador presented the course of democratic reforms underway in Armenia, the latest developments of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the prospects for cooperation between Armenia and the European Union. The parties also discussed a broad range of issues related to the deepening of relations between Armenia and Iceland.
