Oligarchy hasn’t been fully extirpated from Armenia, as Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in the past. This is what MP Arman Babajanyan said during a discussion on the report on implementation of the government’s 2019 Program.

According to him, there are still oligarchs in Armenia, and they continue to receive major privileges from the government for their businesses. He added that oligarchs also have some influence on different branches of power.
