The State Revenue Committee of Armenia has very few official state cars left. The Committee mainly uses cars for various subdivisions of the Committee. This is what Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Artur Manukyan said during a discussion on the report on the performance of the 2019 State Budget held as part of the joint session of parliamentary standing committees today, responding to a question from deputy of the Bright Armenia Party Mane Tandilyan.

Moreover, he failed to specifically state how many cars are registered at the State Revenue Committee and emphasized that he has personally refused to have an official state car.

Manukyan also assured that the existing official state cars are used only for official purposes.

In her turn, Tandilyan said the State Revenue Committee has 168 registered cars, even though the Committee has much fewer subdivisions. Tandilyan also stated that tax authorities also have buses that are used to take employees home and offered to transfer some of those buses to Yerevan Municipality since the latter needs those buses more.
