YEREVAN. – In 2019, the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of Armenia returned 171.1 billion drams, or almost 80 percent more, to businesses and citizens than in 2018. Artur Manukyan, Deputy Chairman of the SRC, stated this during Monday’s debates on the 2019 state budget performance report, at the joint sitting of the standing committees of the National Assembly.

In this regard, he added that in the case of a mortgage in the primary market, income taxes are returned to citizens, whereas transitional and debit payments—to businesses.
