President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today signed several decrees, as reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh.

By the presidential decrees, Major General of Police Andranik Hakobyan has been dismissed from the position of First Deputy Chief of Police and Major General of Police Boris Yengibaryan has been dismissed from the position of Deputy Chief of Police since they have reached pension age, and Colonel of Police Norayr Babayan has been appointed First Deputy Chief of Police.
