According to Newspress.am, ex-police chief of Armenia Arman Sargsyan awarded himself a weapon when he found out that he was going to be sacked.

The only question that remains is the following: Why Arman Sargsyan needed a weapon when Valeriy Osipyan, who was appointed police chief in 2018, had given him a weapon as a gift back in 2018?

Valeriy Osipyan was replaced by Arman Sargsyan who, on September 19, 2019, was appointed acting police chief. On March 19, 2020, he was appointed police chief and was dismissed on June 8, 2020 and was replaced by Vahe Ghazaryan.
