The Russian embassy has received no instructions and guidelines on smuggling from Armenia to Russia, ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin told a briefing on Thursday.
According to him, to receive advisory information, it is necessary to contact law enforcement agencies.
“I have as much information as published in the media,” he noted.
