US President Donald Trump doubted the ability of former Vice President Joe Biden to negotiate with other countries, including Russia. 

"How do you think China, Russia, Japan or others would do with him in a negotiation? We would have no Country left!!!" Trump tweeted as re-sharing a video with Biden.

Biden had previously secured enough delegates to nominate a presidential candidate in November. The National Congress of the US Democratic Party, in which Biden should be called a candidate for the highest public office in the country, was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic on August 17-20. It will be held in Milwaukee (Wisconsin).

The current US leader Donald Trump has already received a sufficient number of party congress delegates to nominate a Republican candidate in the presidential election.

The 59th US presidential election is scheduled for November 3.
