Armenian National Security Service officers tried to apprehend opposition party leader Gagik Tsarukyan who was heading to the NSS.
Speaking at the Armenian parliament on Tuesday, Tsarukyan noted he would go later to the NSS as he was summoned for interrogation.
Tsarukyan finally got into his car, but the NSS officer set next to him.
