Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Jean Castex on his appointment as French PM.

Pashinyan expressed confidence that under Castex's leadership the French government will successfully overcome challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic.

"I am sure that by joint efforts we will further strengthen the special Armenian-French relations based on common values ​​and historical and cultural ties. We greatly appreciate the help of friendly France provided to Armenia to fight the pandemic," the PM added.
