Armenian Ombudsman's office has sent an interim report on the shooting at Tavush province by Azerbaijani armed forces to international organizations, the Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook.
According to him, the report was prepared overnight.
"The report was also sent to the UN Human Rights Council," Tatoyan noted.
