Ambassador of Armenia to the Russian Federation Vardan Toghanyan has declared that Armenia expects the Collective Security Treaty Organization to express its position on the clash on the border with Azerbaijan, as reported RIA Novosti.

“We hope the Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization holds a session today. We believe the CSTO must definitely express its position since this was de facto an attack on a CSTO member state and in the sector of a border that is in no way linked to the conflict,” Toghanyan said during the Moscow is Speaking radio show.
