Governed by point 9 of part 1 of Article 3 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, deputy of the National Assembly of Armenia Sergey Bagratyan has addressed a letter to the Speaker of the National Assembly stating that he is leaving the Prosperous Armenia faction, the press service of the National Assembly reports.
