Ambassador of Armenia to the Russian Federation Vardan Toghanyan had a meeting with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Alexander Grushko.

As reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the context of the current escalation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, the parties discussed all-European and regional security issues and stressed the need for efforts for de-escalation and improvement of the situation, including from the perspective of the prospects for continuation of the process of settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
