The culprit of everything is PM Nikol Pashinyan, said Armenian ex-Ambassador to the Vatican Mikayel Minasyan on his Facebook.

According to Minasyan, Nikol Pashinyan is not on the best terms with the leadership of Russia. 

"If we are in the most disorganized stage of our history, then the Azerbaijanis, on the contrary, are very organized," he noted.

Touching upon the topic of the tension between Azerbaijanis and Armenians in Russia, he noted that this is the first time when such a shameful situation has arisen in Russia due to the fact that no one is dealing with this issue in Armenia.

"The Armenians of Russia must understand that Armenia is the guarantor of their security, which not only does not want but also cannot resolve issues," he added.

According to Minasyan, Armenia is the guarantor of the Armenian people, both in Russia and in any other country. 

"Now nobody in Armenia deals with this issue. He doesn’t do it because he doesn’t want to, because he cannot ... therefore, I ask you to pull yourself together and understand that the culprit of all this is Nikol Pashinyan," he added.
