Horasis, a global visions community advancing unified solutions for sustainable growth, has declared that the Horasis China 2020 Meeting, which was supposed to take place in October in Armenia, has been postponed and will take place on October 24-25, 2021 due to the coronavirus pandemic and the restrictions on travel.

During the Horasis China Meeting organized by Advanced Tomorrow (ATOM) Foundation and the China Federation of Industrial Economics and held under the high patronage of President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, through a two-day intensive program, over 300 representatives of governments and business circles will discuss the challenges facing Chinese companies and the opportunities for overcoming them successfully through global engagement. Simultaneously, the Horasis China Meeting will help provide a platform for discussions on and development of the strategy on trade and foreign investments between Armenia and China, taking into consideration the wide perspectives for cooperation within the scope of the Belt and Road Initiative.

During the special meeting of Horasis on October 1, 2020, there will be a remote session devoted to the advancement of Armenia’s knowledge-based economy, providing the opportunity to discuss the investment climate in Armenia and the prospects for growth in spite of the economic uncertainties around the world due to the coronavirus.

The Horasis China Meeting is the longest running meeting of the analytical center that has become the annual top meeting of business leaders and their global partners in China over the past 16 years and has been held in various cities throughout the years.
