Member of the Bright Armenia faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Gevorg Gorgisyan today posted the following on his Facebook page:

“It turns out that the report of the parliamentary inquiry committee for the military operations of the April 2016 Four-Day Artsakh War containing confidential materials is in the hands of a person who has no competence to become familiar with those materials. Moreover, that person has made the information public.

I am calling the attention of Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Araat Mirzoyan, the Council of the National Assembly, the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly and the National Security Service of Armenia to this fact to clarify how the confidential information flowed out of the National Assembly and take relevant measures to find the guilty and bring them to justice in order to rule out the repetition of such incidents in the future.”

Gorgisyan also posted the comment of a Facebook user.
