The Mexican Foreign Ministry has expressed its deep concern over the reports on the use of force in Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)].
"It calls on the parties involved to act with the utmost prudence, suspend military operations, and resume the dialogue process as soon as possible," the Mexican Foreign Ministry added in a statement on Twitter.
