Armenian freedom fighter Aleksandr Harutyunyan has been posthumously awarded the highest title of Hero of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Vahram Poghosyan, the spokesman for the President, wrote about this on Facebook.
He informed that Harutyunyan was awarded this honor according to the decree of Artsakh President Arayik Haroutyunyan, and for his exceptional services rendered to Artsakh and for his courage and personal bravery shown in the defense and security of the Homeland.
