The Central Electoral Commission of Kyrgyzstan has set December 20th as the date for repeat parliamentary elections, RIA Novosti reports, citing the country’s Central Electoral Commission.

Earlier, Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Sadir Zhparov had declared that the parliamentary elections needed to be held no later than January 10, 2021.

The results of the October 4 parliamentary elections were annulled.
